Joanne Hoehne Co-Pastors The Source Church alongside her husband Ralph in a unique side-by-side teaching style, with campuses in both Florida and Winnipeg, Canada. She is also an author and founder of SHE Tour, an International conference that is seeing men and women walk the journey of being fully Saved Healed and Empowered. Her authentic and relatable style of connecting to people through a practical revelation of the Word and easy to understand life illustrations makes her a powerful preacher, teacher, author and conference speaker. Ralph and Joanne also host the TV Show Source Live.
Both Ralph & Joanne teach and share out of a passion for others to walk into the same victory in every area of their lives that they have found for their own. This commitment to search and find tangible answers resulted in what is internationally known today as Victorious Living™. What began as a personal journey turned into a class and then into a curriculum that is now teaching people the way to have victory in their lives.
It was this very course that God used to radically take them out of the business world to start a church in late 2007. Besides teaching alongside her husband weekly at The Source, Joanne is a huge part of the creative process and laying down the administrative and leadership foundations of the church.
Joanne has also developed a huge passion to help equip pastors with tools and teaching to help them experience God in greater ways, to be able to make a greater impact on all they reach. She currently mentors Pastors and leaders one-on-one and through Leadership conferences across America and Kenya.
She has seen thousands of Pastors & Bishops experience their own transformation, and hence start a transformational revival in their churches in Kenya since God led her to start doing conferences there in 2018. These conferences have miraculously crossed denominational boundaries and growing at an exponential rate.
Originally from Winnipeg, Canada, Ralph & Joanne moved to Florida in 2004 where they now reside with their four sons Brett, Ashton, Connor and Logan, daughter-in-laws Molly and Rachael, and granddaughters Gia, Milena and Davina.

SHE Tour
In 2014, God challenged Joanne with reaching women and taking the SHE message of Healing and Empowerment to them in a way larger than previous retreats and events. In January 2015 the first SHE Conference took place in Bradenton, Florida. SHE is a 3 day women’s conference that has literally brought radical revival to thousands of women from all walks of life. As God began to radically move, Joanne was compelled to reach as many ladies as possible with this powerful experience. Joanne is now taking SHE Tour Conference to cities across North America. She has the ability to spark hope into lives and speak to the hearts of many.
In 2018 We expanded SHE Tour to include men's conferences as well, and men are also seeing profound breakthroughs through the power of God!
